Welcome to Dry Cleaners Baba. By handing over your garments, footwear, carpets, or linens for dry cleaning or laundry services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Customers are requested to thoroughly check pockets and remove any valuables, money, or personal items prior to handover. Dry Cleaners Baba will not be held responsible for missing contents left inside pockets.
All prices listed on our price cards, website, and promotional brochures are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be charged as per Government regulations upon invoice generation.
While every precaution is taken during stain treatment and cleaning, we are not responsible for inherently defective fabrics, color bleeding caused by poor dye quality, or pre-existing tears, moth holes, and wear-and-tear.
Items will be released only upon presentation of the physical or digital claim receipt. Items unclaimed after 30 days of completion notification may incur storage fees.
